Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ok95 website accessible at ok95.im, all associated subdomains, and all services, products, games, and features made available through it.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform to access real-money betting and gaming features.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a User's Account, representing funds deposited or won on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or any other eligible market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive issued to a User's Account at the discretion of ok95.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals can be processed, involving submission of a government-issued ID.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all ok95 operations, support hours, and settlement times.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 — The ok95 platform is intended solely for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an Account, make a deposit, or place any Wager on the Platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable.

2.2 — You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.

2.3 — ok95 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Where age cannot be confirmed, the Account will be suspended until verification is complete.

2.4 — If ok95 determines at any time that a User has provided false age information, the Account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

2.5 — ok95 does not knowingly accept registrations from Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

3. Account Registration

3.1 — Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the ok95 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any reason — including to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a self-exclusion, or work around a previous closure — is strictly prohibited.

3.2 — During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid form of payment. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 — ok95 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee approval of real-money account status until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3.4 — You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Notify ok95 promptly at [email protected] if any of your personal details change.

4. Account Security

4.1 — You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 — ok95 will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from ok95 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4.3 — All activity conducted via your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. ok95 accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 — If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact ok95 support at [email protected] immediately and change your password. ok95 will investigate and may place a temporary hold on your Account during the investigation period.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 — All deposits and withdrawals on ok95 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be displayed in your Account at the time of the transaction request.

5.2 — ok95 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer through participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change.

5.3 — Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Wallet immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your balance.

5.4 — Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. ok95 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad, subject to security checks.

5.5 — Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification by providing a valid government-issued photo ID. ok95 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for withdrawals above threshold amounts.

5.6 — ok95 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the User will be notified and the matter referred to the ok95 Trust and Safety team.

5.7 — Funds deposited into your ok95 Wallet are held for gaming purposes only. ok95 does not pay interest on Wallet balances. Dormant accounts (no activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified to the User in advance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 — ok95 may from time to time offer bonuses, welcome promotions, reload offers, free bets, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions (including those timed around Eid, BPL season, IPL, or T20 World Cup events). All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion.

6.2 — All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement") that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.

6.3 — Bonuses are issued to one Account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Users found to be circumventing these restrictions will have all bonus credits and any resulting winnings voided.

6.4 — ok95 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer has already been accepted and the wagering requirement has been partially met, ok95 will honour the offer on a pro-rata basis where reasonably practicable.

6.5 — Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other bonus balances. Bonus funds that remain unclaimed after the expiry date stated in the offer terms will be removed from the User's Account automatically.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 — All bets placed on the ok95 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. ok95 does not accept requests to void, amend, or cancel a bet after it has been accepted, except where permitted under the specific game or sport rules.

7.2 — ok95 cricket betting markets (covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODIs, and Test matches) are governed by the specific rules of the relevant cricket governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). In cases of match abandonment, rain interruption, or DLS application, markets will be settled in accordance with those official rules.

7.3 — All slot games offered on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel.

7.4 — Live casino tables, including those provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, are subject to the table game rules displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during an active round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.

7.5 — ok95 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted due to a manifest technical error, an obvious pricing error, or a display error affecting the stated odds or payout. Users will be notified and their stake refunded in full in such cases.

7.6 — Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed in your Account settings. ok95 will honour confirmed winning bets up to the stated maximum payout limits.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok95 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one Account (multi-accounting) or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other technical tool to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker, or coordinate on bets.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on inside information regarding the manipulation of a sporting event.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing glitches for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ok95 staff, support agents, or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion or account closure by registering a new account.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 — All content on the ok95 Platform, including but not limited to the ok95 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software, is the proprietary intellectual property of ok95 or its licensed third-party game providers.

9.2 — You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, copy, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.

9.3 — You must not frame, scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Platform without the prior written consent of ok95.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 — ok95 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 — ok95 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and our servers. Your account password is stored using one-way hashing and is never accessible to ok95 staff in plain text.

10.3 — ok95 may share personal data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or where necessary to investigate fraud or protect the integrity of the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 — ok95 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all registered Users with access to the following tools, available through your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Define a maximum duration for each gaming session. ok95 will alert you when your session limit is approaching.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, your Account is automatically restricted from further wagering until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break (minimum 30 days) or permanent account closure. During a self-exclusion period, all marketing communications will be stopped and access to real-money features will be fully blocked.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.

11.3 — Gambling should be a form of entertainment. ok95 strongly advises all players: never bet more than you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and never gamble under the influence of alcohol, medication, or emotional distress.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 — ok95 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

12.2 — Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Wallet may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at the User's request for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the User's designated payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12.3 — Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Any active bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance paid out or forfeited in accordance with the reason for closure.

12.4 — ok95 also reserves the right to suspend Platform access temporarily for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or technical reasons. ok95 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance downtime where possible.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 — ok95 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ok95 makes every effort to ensure continuous, error-free access to the Platform, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical faults, or free from inaccuracies.

13.2 — To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, data loss, or service interruption.

13.3 — ok95's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 — Nothing in this Agreement shall limit ok95's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

14. Amendments

14.1 — ok95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ok95 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.2 — Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account by contacting [email protected] before the amendment's effective date.

14.3 — The version of these Terms published on the Platform at the time of any relevant event or transaction shall be the version that governs that event or transaction, not any prior or subsequent version.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 — This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ok95 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 — In the event of a dispute between a User and ok95, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Users should submit any complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". ok95 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

15.3 — If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

15.4 — Nothing in this clause prevents ok95 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or address a material breach of these Terms.
